Interested in vending at the inaugural Movement Health & Wellness expo? You are in the right place! We are welcoming all vendors in the health, wellness and fitness-related industries. You will be among other like-minded vendors at the beautiful Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton during Thanksgiving weekend. We are expecting upwards of 3,000 people at this event and would love to have you join us!

The Movement Health & Wellness Expo is a high energy event! Please keep in mind that the Expo atmosphere includes music and you will see active, spirited attendees cheering on athletes in our many fitness-based demonstrations and competitions. It’s this kind of atmosphere that will attract new attendees and keep them shopping at the expo longer! We understand that this dynamic environment may be new for some merchants and we are happy to speak with you more about the benefits of having a booth.

Audience Demographics


The anticipated Expo attendance is between 2,000 – 3,000 adults. Here is some data about our targeted attendees:

  • 75% are in the target age range 25-49
  • 60% are women and 40% are men
  • 60% take vitamins or supplements
  • 70% make over $60,000 a year
  • 77% want to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle
  • 75% have purchased fitness appeal or equipment in the last 12 months
  • 49% would be interested in signing up for a 2 week pass to a gym or fitness center


Terms & Conditions


  • All vendors are required to be health, wellness and/or fitness related.
  • All vendors MUST have general liability insurance and carry a Certificate of Liability Insurance for the event as seen here.
  • Vendors are not included as insureds under Movement Expo’s Special Event Policy. Vendors in need of insurance may purchase a Group Vendor Insurance Policy provided by Francis L. Dean & Associated for $35 (in addition to registration) that provides $1,000,000 in coverage subject to the terms, exclusions and conditions of the policy found here. This Insurance is valid for the Movement Expo only and can be purchased separately.
  • All tents MUST be secured with a minimum of 10lb weights, sandbags etc. per each tent leg for a minimum weighted total of 40lbs. The Boca Raton Fire Department WILL be onsite doing inspections.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up your area once the event is over.
  • WiFi will not be provided for the event, please plan accordingly.
  • In the event that the Movement Expo is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Movement Expo’s control, your booth fee will be considered a tax-deductible donation in support of The Movember Foundation. If the event is rescheduled, your booth fee will be applied to the new date.
